We strive to get your magical orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for more details on how we handle orders.

We currently cannot ship to any countries in the EU due to the new GSPR Laws. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause and we aim to open our Quartz Gates again to the EU once we’re able.

Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 2-5. business days. Please note that this time is for packing and handling your order; it does not include the actual shipping time. If you place an order during a busy period or sale, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Costs: 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs.

Customs Charges: 

Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any additional charges that your country’s customs agency may impose. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any possible fees before placing your order.

Open Box Policy: 

If you choose the "Open Box" option, your order will not be shipped until the box is officially closed. 

Payment for the crystals will be made and you will be able to add additional items via Live Sales, Story Sales and via the website.

But please note that shipping costs will not be calculated until the box is closed, weighed and finalized. 

Once closed, no further changes can be made, and the shipping charge will be processed. Please review your order carefully before closing the box.

Packaging: 

We take great care in packing your crystals securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed with eco-friendly materials, and we make every effort to minimize waste.

Delivery Times: Shipping times depend on your location and the method you choose. Domestic shipments typically take 5-7 business days, while international shipments may take longer, depending on your country’s postal service.
