We offer a 28-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you wish to return an item, please ensure that the request is made within this period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. This means the healing crystals must not have been altered, used, or damaged in any way. All items should be returned in their original packaging with any included accessories or documentation. If the item shows signs of use or damage, it may not be eligible for a refund.

Initiating a Return
To start the return process, simply contact us at chroniccrystalsinfo@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will promptly send you detailed instructions on how to return the items to us.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order. When returning an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will not be reimbursed for any shipping fees paid at the time of the original order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
